File Requirements and Printing Guidelines
Now a bunch of tech stuff to make your head spin... In order for you to get the best possible product, we must start with a, “press ready” file. Ensuring your file meets our requirements will eliminate any production delays. We understand that not everyone is familiar with the printing process. If you have any questions about our guidelines or requirements, please contact us and we’ll be more than happy to walk you through the process. That’s what we’re here for.
Note:
All files submitted should have a 1/8” bleed. Also, all important text and artwork should be set at least 1/8” inside the trim line due to the cutting process. Basically, keep the important stuff away from the borders.
Accepted Vector Formats: .PDF .EPS .AI
Accepted Raster Formats: .PDF .PSD .TIFF .JPG .PNG
Apparel Guidelines
- Raster files should be built to 300 ppi
- Artwork must be set to the exact size you want printed
- Outline or Rasterize type layers
- Background layer should be transparent
Full Color Guidelines
- Files should be set to 300 dpi resolution
- CMYK color mode
- Created in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
- Postscript Type 1 fonts
- Large Format files should be no less than 150 dpi at full print size

What if I don't see the product or service I want?
Please contact us with any of your design or print needs. Just because it may not be reflected on the website doesn't mean we can't do it. Specialty papers, Die Cutting, Finishing Options (Embossing, Foil Stamping, Binding, etc...) are all available. Don't see it? Just ask.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
It really depends on the type of product ordered. Most quotes can be processed in 1-2 business days, with additioanl time for production and shipping. All estimates are based on final, approved artwork.

Can I use a corporate shipping account?
Yes. We can ship using both FedEx and UPS shipping accounts.

Can I pick up my order?
No. Unfortunately, we currently do not allow our customers to pick up orders at our office.

Do you offer digital and/or hard copy proofs?
Yes. We offer both digital and hard copy proofing. Note that digital proofing adds 1 day to production schedule. Hardcopy proofs require a fee based on size and number of inks used. Hard copy proofs will add 3-4 additional days to the production schedule.
